PTFE diaphragms
we T.C.I supply PTFE diaphragms, plain or rubber backed.
Benefits of PTFE diaphragms:
- Superior chemical resistance
- Excellent creep and compression resistance
- Reduced cold flow and good high temperature flow resistance
- Reduced permeability
- High tensile and elongation properties
PTFE diaphragms can resists almost all chemicals, with exception of alkali conditions. PTFE provides the chemical resistance required, while the rubber backed support supplies excellent creep and compression resistance.
We can make PTFE diaphragms according to our client's drawings or samples.
PTFE is subjected to distortion, depending on the frequency of exposure to steam and the duration of exposure to higher temperatures.
