RX BX 型金属环垫

RX Type Ring Joint Gasket is a pressure-energized adaptation of the standard Type R Gasket. TheRX Type Ring Joint Gasket is designed to fit the same groove design as a standard Style R, making the joint interchangeable. The modified design uses a pressure-energized effect that improves the efficiency of the seal as the internal pressure of the system increases.
 

Tolerance (mm):
Width of Ring --- +0.20 ~ -0.00;
Height of Ring --- +0.20 ~ -0.00;
A plus tolerance of 0.2mm for width and height is permitted, provided the variation in width or height does not exceed 0.10mm throughout its entire circumference.
OD of Ring --- +/-0.51 ~ -0.00;
Angle of 23o --- +/-0.5o

Note: only ring RX82 through RX91 have a pressure passage hole through the cross section. Center line of hole is located on the mid-point of the width flat.
Hole diameter shall be as follows:
RX-82 through RX-85 --- 1.52;
RX-86 and RX-87 --- 2.29;
RX-88 through RX-91 --- 3.05
